Our Story

Unwind Head Spa & Salon was born from a simple but powerful belief: that true relaxation should be accessible, intentional, and deeply personal.

After years in the medical field and later becoming a licensed aesthetician, founder Ivonne Pequeño witnessed firsthand how stress and overstimulation quietly take their toll. Traditional salons and spas, while wonderful, often felt rushed and noisy — the opposite of restorative. She envisioned something different: a private, quiet sanctuary where guests could exhale, slow down, and genuinely unwind.

When Ivonne discovered head spa treatments, she saw both a passion and a purpose. She also saw a gap. Clarksville had nothing like it. So in January 2024, she took a chance — and Unwind Head Spa & Salon opened its doors as Clarksville's first head spa.

What began as a love for scalp wellness and skincare has grown into something more: a place built around privacy, calm, and giving every guest permission to simply be still.
