Hi, I'm Ivonne Pequeño — the founder, aesthetician, and heart behind Unwind Head Spa & Salon.

I've called Clarksville home since 1999, and after more than 20 years in the medical field and management, I made a decision in my 40s that changed everything: I followed my passion for skincare and became a licensed aesthetician. That path gave me something rare — a deep understanding of how to care for people professionally, while never losing sight of how important it is to make someone feel comfortable, heard, and never rushed.

When I discovered head spa treatments, something clicked. A head spa isn't just about scalp care — it's about giving your mind and body permission to slow down. The warm water, the scalp massage, the aromatherapy, the intentional touch — every element works together to create an experience that goes far beyond a typical salon visit. I wanted to bring that to Clarksville in a way that felt private, peaceful, and genuinely approachable.

I'm particular about cleanliness, privacy, and the details — because I know that for some guests, traditional spas and salons can feel overwhelming. Unwind is intentionally quiet. Intentionally calm. Intentionally yours.

I started this journey later in life, and I'm incredibly proud of that. I believe you are never too old to learn something new, change direction, or build something you truly believe in. What drives me every day is growing, educating myself, creating meaningful services, and giving every guest a place where they can truly unwind.
